Viewfinder Diopters

I have just gotten the X-Pro1. Today. So I will use it a while before writing any thoughts on it. First impressions are generally good. But I think I will need a diopter for the viewfinder to make it sharp. It is a hair off. Does anybody know if the Nikon screw-in diopters at B&H will fit? I know I need 19mm, but the info on the Nikons does not say what mm they are. They also have regular and the high eye points. If anyone has any experience on these, I would like to know. Or alternately, if there is a good place (in the USA preferably) to get the Cosina/Voightlander diopters. Fuji really made a mistake not including this! They do sometimes blow the most obvious things in their quest to make truly remarkable cameras & lenses. By the way.... does anybody know how to take the 60mm off the camera once the lens shade is reversed and on it? No way! Again, the Fuji engineer for that shade won't be getting employee of the month. Anyway, advice on diopters appreciated.

You can find the Voigtlander diopters in the US at CameraQuest: http://checkout.cameraquest.com/voigtlander-bessa-accessory---diopter-eyepieces.htm

You can also get Zeiss Ikon diopters in 19mm from B&H. They offer something like 7 different corrective values. Anything that fits a Nikon F2 is 19mm and will work for you.

@ironcloudz: If you have access to a Nikon DSLR use the diopter adjustment on that to see how far and in which direction you are from zero. On my D700 the adjustment range is -3 to +1 diopter in 10 click stops so assuming a linear scale that puts me at about -1 for comfortable vision with my normal glasses on...

Of course the best thing would be to try a few out...? Maybe a friendly optician could help?

@Gipper: How right you are about getting the 60mm off with the lens hood reversed - I cant even get the rear lens cap off it safely without taking the hood off first! Mind you now I see how far the front element sticks out when close focussing I will stick with using the hood more for protection than anything else...
