I'm so old........

I'm so old...................

I remember when a 35mm lens for a 35mm camera was a wide angle!

I'm so old...........

I remember when Nikon offered a 28mm lens for the Nikon F and

I said, "Who would buy that?"

I'm so old..........

I remember when Nikon offered a 21mm lens for the Nikon F that

required the mirror be locked up and a separate viewfinder and I

said, "Nobody's going to buy that."

I'm so old.........

I have a view camera and I know how to use it!

I'm so old I would never have believed that the most-used focal length

in the world would be approximately = 28mm!

That's because 35 mm equivalent is a bit too narrow for a selfie with a friend...

I'm sure that's true.

I meant phone cams are approximately =28mm.

...and what is the reason why phone cams are about 28 mm rather than 35 mm? :)

So drunken phonographers can't miss their subjects?

I'm so old I still can't get used to not being restricted to 10-24-36 shots per film :D (And I miss the film wind-on lever)

I miss opening up the film canister and smelling the fresh film fragrance before loading it into the camera.  Then mounting anticipation as I patiently waited for my pictures/slides to be delivered by the mailman.
