clarky280
Hi, I'm fairly new to photography and have been getting to grips with my newly purchased X-T200. While I think I now have a basic understanding of how to obtain good exposure using either Manual mode or one of the Semi Auto modes (A, S), I'm still always disappointed to see that when I take the same shot in SR+ mode, the exposure is much more balanced, with no wash out or dark shadows. This happens even when I take the photo in SR+ mode, and then re-take the photo using M mode with the exact same A, S and ISO settings as the SR+ shot selected. Does anyone know what additional processing is carried out on shots when using SR+ mode? How could one achieve a similar effect while utilizing manual settings only? Thanks
