Automotive Photography - My Fuji Mania Continues

Recommended Posts

So I took the plunge this week and bought the Fuji XT-1. Bottom line I'm in love.

I used it over the weekend to shoot a feature for a new motorcycle themed Cafe in Dubai called Cafe Rider.

Heres one of the feature shots from that article.

Make sure you check out the entire article here.

Lenses used - 18MM F2, 35MM F1.4, 10-20MM F4.

Have a great week.

I like the kickstarting photo, shame you didn't shift a little to get his face in the shot.

So the Weekend is here once more in Dubai and I had the brand new Q50S to test drive. Managed to wake up at dawn and head out of the city to a neighbouring area where they had some open roads. Here a two of the shots I got using the XT-1 and 35MM F1.4 Lens.

The RAW files were processed with CaptureOne Pro8 and final color grading was done in PS CS6.

As always, comments and critique are welcome.

Have a great weekend.

Love the Combat Wombat but I'm struggling to see the relationship between the TY175 and Evel Knevels Harley.

The TY175 was ridden by Debbie Evans, a Hollywood stunt woman, who performed over 200 motorcycle stunts.

The placards are not easy to read at the viewing resolution in the above post.

Those Indians are stunning.

Even better in person, seeing all of them together in one place. I might need to go back and capture some wider angle images.

The original racing Honda 250/4 was impressive to me. 14,000 rpm was really

screaming at the time, a little less so given the 16,500 redlines on the street now.
