XT1 Filename change after firmware update

I noticed recent images being saved out of order. I had changed the prefix of my XT1 files and X-Pro1 files from the usual DSC or whatever to XT1 and XP1 followed by the number.

I just found that after processing and saving the jpg copy to a desktop screensaver folder which contains images from various Nikon/Fuji cameras, that the latest XT1 files weren't grouped with the earlier files from the XT1. I then realised the prefix had changed add an S to XT1 (XT1S). I assumed the S was added with the firmware which brings my XT1 black up to the same level as the new XT1 Silver but I'm surprised it did simply add the S to the prefix I created without the camera file names reverting entirely to a Fuji generated prefix.

Anyone else noticed this?
