Great place to hike.  This image needs some serious color correction.

How would you correct it?

There are different approaches depending on the editing software you use.  Basically, you need to adjust the color temperature here.  Color balance would work.  This edit of your image is done in Photoshop.  Color balance values of 53, -32,-90.  levels values of 0, 0.90, 244.  This image needed a LOT of correction.  I've been in that exact place and am trying to keep it real as I know it to be.  This image would be way better yet if the proper color temperature had been set on the camera at time of exposure.

I am not sure if I like your correction much.  I will stick with mine until people stop buying it.
