Taken with the X-S1 with the Raynox-150 macro lens attached to it.
Unlike the EXIF data on the right say, the actual shutter speed was 1/280 s.

Wow! I can't say that loud enough! If there was ever an image that shows the true capabilities of the X-S1 - it is this one! Wow!

I was trying to get the fine texture on the ladybird's back with the rest of the ladybird still in focus. I don't think the X-S1 would have managed quite as well on its own without little help from Raynox attachment that gave extra magnification of about a factor of two in this case.
This macro photography is quite fun

Also to the Raynox, which souped up the small camera in a shockingly effective way. I love my DCR-250 (even more magnification) because it works on all my lenses and takes 5s to remove, but I forget it can even work on any camera that has a thread filter.

Fantastic shot - regardless of the equipment used. Well done.
