  1. Hi - What are the third party zoom lenses compatible with the xt-2? Sorry I dont know much about cameras :|
  2. I want to start doing more serious landscape stuff, like long exposure, panoramas, light painting, star trails, etc. but have been struggling on the gear needed. I'm trying to build the simplest and lightest but capable landscape kit. Currently have X-T2 and X-Pro2 and in my next trip I plan to use both as it may snow and will be difficult to change lenses. Would you mind giving your advice on what tripod, lenses, filters, bags and accessories would help me to get better landscape pictures? (technically speaking, i.e. not blurred, good colors, etc. I know I should provide the eye ) Thanks in advance!

    Triple lens belt holder

Just seen this. The company are doing a Kickstarter, and only making the device for three camera brands, initially. This strikes me as something that would be absolutely invaluable on a lot of different types of shoot. I do a lot of performance photography-my kit for that 23mm1.4, 56mm f1.2, 90mm f2, monopod. If I could safely secure all three lenses to my belt, it would save a lot of time and effort, and, I would have thought reduce the chances of dropping a lens if you fumble a change. I'm going to back it, if they'll guarantee making a Fuji mount item. Fantastic idea. I was going to shell out the rather high price of 11 pounds, for the Op-Tech, double rear cap. That's a lot for two pieces of plastic stuck together. This looks likes the mutt's nuts https://www.dpreview.com/news/2985439434/trilens-triple-lens-holder-coming-to-kickstarter?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2017-april-26&ref_=pe_1822230_236308490_dpr_nl_257_29
  4. Greetings... As we know, it possible to set up an x-series camera for back-button focusing whereby Continuous AF is activated by holding a back AF button and MF can be adjusted by releasing the AF button and turning focus ring. With the clutched lenses, is it possible to set this up so that the clutch-ring does not need to be moved backwards and forwards to change between AF to MF mode, and instead be left engaged so as to provide the same instant manual adjustment while maintaining the ability to do Continuous AF on a button press? Many thanks, Cass.

    Pentax K-mount to Fuji ...?

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before. I was given an old Pentax MZ5 by someone who was throwing it out. It's a lovely camera, uses something called 'film', whatever that is, and it comes with two great(ish) lenses: the standard kit lens and a Sigma 18mm-to-somethingorotherpossibly200mm lens. In an attempt to keep costs down, from reading the interweb, these Pentax camera have a K-mount, and apparently you can buy adapters to fit K-mount lenses onto the Fuji-X bodies. So, with an adapter fitted would those lenses fit the X-T10 or X-T1 body that I'm thinking of buying? If so, what are the caveats to this? thnx!
  6. Hi all, I'm up in Stockholm and at the moment we have around minus 8 celsius day-time. As I understand it, the camera body is quite cold-resistant, but what I'm wondering is what about the lenses. I don't have any "WR" lenses, just normal XF ones. My worry is that coming in from the cold, there'll be condensation inside the lens that will turn into water thus damaging it. Any suggestions/experiences? thanks a lot, o.

    Refurbished Fuji X Series

Is anyone aware of Fuji offering refurbished cameras or open box cameras. Most all of the major manufactures do, I was wondering if Fuji did and if so is there a link to that site. Thanks
